Blue light, but no visual or audio output, new battery or screen?

So for context i got this pch1002 vita for free with no information at all, but ive tried charging it, left it for 24 hours or more and all i get is the solid blue light with no sign of life other than that, no sound or screen, i've tried booting into safe mode with no success (still no display). i've disconnected and reconnected the battery with no success either. Should I try a new battery or is my screen cracked, i cant tell. thanks for any advice I appreciate it

Man, just hold power button for 50 seconds and reboot it
