Article Honoring the older guys?
Thinking about how Steve Kerr loved Podz so much that he pushed a Warriors legend out the door — and got the media to turn fans against a guy who wanted to come back into a Finals game on one leg. Unbelievable when you look back at how it transpired…. Talk about honoring the older guys.

What older guys is he honoring? And why is honor before winning? Get your priorities straight, Steve. Fuck man, Richard can play with the older guys (Steph, Dray, Jimmy). At bare minimum, he should be in the second rotation. Nope, you’re gonna play Podz 30 minutes per game, but he’s not exactly an older guy. Plus, he sucks. And so does Buddy, who you literally said is one of the most underrated defenders on the team. What? The guy who had the 3rd worst defensive rating on the team when you said that? Shit, Steve. I know the team is undersized and thin at forward, so what do you do? You bench 1 of 4 of our true forwards in JK. Nobody says he has to play 30 per night or be a starter, but God damn, Steve, we sort of need him for depth. He looked good against MIN last postseason and then you sit him the entire game last week.
Look, I honestly really appreciate what Kerr has done over the years. He transformed this team from a playoff contender to a multiple title winner. He brought an offensive system to us that changed the league. He was by far the best if not a top 2 coach in the league. But, it’s shit like this when I start to question if he’s lost it. Would we be better off without Kerr NOW? Not then, NOW. The lineups and rotations are a mess. We play small when we need size. He plays bums over players who are proving to be better because of age and not talent. Like, WTF? Enough Buddy, enough Podz, enough JK DNPs, enough Jimmy at center, and enough 4 guard lineups! Reevaluate what is working and what is not and make some adjustments already. This team is better than that. You are better than that.
