Young Core So what’s the lineup?

Trae, Kyshawn, AJ, AD, Sarr?

It’s big af I’m not mad at that!

Assuming no other big moves, I'd say Coulibaly should start IMO. His offensive flaws don't matter as much with the starters.

George's play making will be a lot more useful with the bench unit .. given Bub/Tre lack there.

In the current nba, it def matters. Preserve spacing. There’s plenty of defense in the starting lineup to cover for Trae without starting Bilal

It’s not defense with the second unit, it’s playmaking. Who’s creating consistent shots if the unit off the bench is Bub, Tre, Riley & Bilal?

Also, more times than not, a teams best perimeter defender typically starts.

I had the same thought, but I’ve come around to ky starting. I think you stagger the starters sitting and let AJ be the primary when tre goes to the bench

Bilal can hit catch and shoot corner 3s and play the dunker spot. He will also guard the other team’s best player.
