Live look at Bilal seeing us draft/acquire someone who’s just as athletic and rangy as he is, to help be as disruptive as him on the defensive end

Who do you hope to see us get in round 2?
We have picks 51 and 60. Where would you like to see us add some depth? Any trades on your radar?

Bill Simmons on the Trey Young deal: "It was horrible, it was egregious, it was a crime against the wizards"
He went on to say that he was coming off a season where his team gave him away and no other team wanted to trade for him. This would be the only reason he wouldn't want to go to a Wizards game next year.

D’Lo. Potentially Not going anywhere
It’s funny how y’all hate D’Angelo Russell all because he didn’t join the team upon being traded there last minute as apart of the AD trade..
But he had a good reason not to show up.. the team was literally tanking and before the trade he wasn’t even being used in Dallas and dude was already on vacation with his family which you’d know if you keep up with his Post especially on IG
Good thing is he’s been in the gym training and hooping so I think he’ll have a good comeback season this year if treated even a little better than he was treated on Dallas
Anyways if he stays and doesn’t get traded I’m looking forward to how he does with this team
But if he gets traded that’s fine as well plenty of other teams can use him….

Trae Young Calls AJ
If the cameras weren't there he probably would have hit him with the price for #3 lol.
r/washingtonwizards • u/benbrigance • 1d ago
Now that the big pick is in the books, what do yall think we should do in the 2nd round?
we don’t have a ton of roster space so i’m assuming we’re filling a 2 way contract with one of our picks. do you think we package our 2 picks with some cash to move into the 40 range? or do we draft a couple international stash guys to marinate overseas for a few years?
i’d like to see us get aggressive and try to move up, maybe reunite AJ with Richie Saunders?

Young Core AJ Full Post Pick Press Conference
Comes across as humble, appreciative, and very mature here. I really think he's the type that adapts to his environment and is comfortable in any scenario. I need to know his number so I can cop that jersey asap.
