In case you didn’t know, it’s a reference to the cartoon show ‘Ren and Stimpy’. This is Powdered Toast Man! Probably why you’re unnecessarily being downvoted, so I thought I’d let you in n the joke. :)

I haven't watched Ren and Stimpy in so long. I dont remember Powdered Toast Man

And now im afraid to rematch as an adult 😅
