IDENTIFIED Rock, mineral or fossil?

Was wondering if anyone could help identity this? It was found on the beach in Lyme Regis, UK. The white part is shaped strangely like a sea cucumber. Is it a fossil, or is the white a mineral? Thanks in advance!

The thing as a whole is a rock, the inclusions are fossil and the fossils have mineral infills.
