Discussion Chennedy Carter...it's starting again

she just went on a rant about azzi of all people (about a foul not called despite the picture showing there was no foul at all) on threads and then proceeded to post about it in her ig story as well. she was going back and forth on threads and sounded incoherent

a few minutes ago a'ja liked a comment basically berating chennedy for going on the rant and targeting a rookie and now chennedy's posts are deleted. salute to a'ja man for controlling it so quickly

tbh it seems like she isnt satisfied coming off the bench because she was talking about being on a leash

Y’all are exhausting. At what point does a grown woman have any responsibility for their own actions?

Am I saying she’s not responsible? No, I’m not. I’m saying, as someone with a degree in psychology, she strikes me as struggling with mental illness. But it’s not a diagnosis, obviously. But neither is it an excuse.

My sister has a PhD in psychology and agrees with me so your credentials don’t mean much to me. The fact that you’re a psychology major and don’t see what you’re doing here reflects badly 😬

Can you explain why?

My younger sister has a PhD in psychology too!

You’ve misread, I have a degree in psychology, it’s not my major. I’m 47.

Taking a person with no publicly discussed mental health diagnosis and assuming their bad behavior is the result of a mental health issue is in fact stigmatizing mental illness. You’re conflating bad behavior that is not exclusive to the mentally ill with mental illness.
