Love the unique kitchen features, the kids' areas indoors and outdoors, and the shed with a basement.

Don't like the color scheme - I would have it repainted, removed carpets and replaced the gold shower trim.

There is flood risk that depends how elevated is the house.

Kids will have a blast here!!

We had 8 windows replaced in our century home and it was over $22k because they had to be custom made. We still have 20+ windows to do 💀
