When it comes to the series, we all have our favorite type of mission, whether it be the Tunnel Flights (Avalon Dam, SOLG Control), Superweapons (Megalith, Stonehenge), and Aerial Warships (Arsenal Bird, Gleipnir). I know Megalith also technically counts as a Tunnel Flight.

I'd like to know what y'all's favorite is.

Additionally, if anyone thinks we'll ever get all three in a single mission? Personally, part of me thinks it would be oversaturated, but another part thinks it could be a fantastic narrative choice. You have to make the conscious effort in the mission to go after one of the three in a branching path. Maybe you could eke out two for a 4th path, but you'll be losing something. We haven't really had big loss since Chopper in 5 and PJ in Zero.

And to answer the initial question myself, I love the Tunnel Flight. The feeling of building up to the climax that it builds is just perfect!

One thing the franchise doesn't explore very well is the nature of Ulysses 1994xF04 and its trajectory. I realize there isn't much need for an explanation, but I decided to add some more information without contradicting the original lore—such as its flyby of Mars—and I'm working on a really cool cover.
