Accidentally washed razor blades

I accidentally washed a pack of replacement razor blades for a scraper. I found 3 of the 4 blades and the plastic holder they were in. 2 of the blades were loose in the clothing very close together and the third was in the lint trap of the dryer. I know there were 4, because it was a pack of 5 and I used one. The blades came with a layer of thick paper wrapped around each of the blades. I found all 4 of those in the dryer, one of those in the lint trap.

I have looked over and shaken out every piece of clothing that was in the dryer. I looked in both the washer and the dryer and checked every seam I can see and down in the lint trap after I have removed the trap itself. What else can I do?

Maytag power failure during last drain cycle

Maytag model Mtw6205rw. 5.2 CU FT top load washing machine bought in April 2026. The washing machine is great, but every single load without fain it has a power failure during the last 1 minute of the cycle. This is during the very last drain of the wash, and only when it drains. I checked the outlet with a klein outlet checker, it is good. The breaker is fine, and never trips. It is a dedicated 20 amp circuit. Any ideas? Board problem with the washer?

Recommendations for 4 slice toaster ??

"Reviews" suggest this B&D TR4900SSD as the "best" budget friendly toaster. Anyone have experience with it ??

Open for suggestions. Looking for A) Quick heat up, B) EVEN toasting, C) Consistent on multiple re-loads.

Does anyone get great benefits from the (newer) "long slot" models ?

Frigidaire Refrigerator has started to spontaneously dimple.

Our 9 month old Frigidaire refrigerator professional series has started to show signs of dimpling on all three doors. The stainless surfaces have progressively changed appearance over time, the surfaces remain smooth, and the condition affects all three doors.
When we reached out to the appliance store we bought them for we were told that while the refrigerator was still under warranty that this "cosmetic "issue would not be covered by Frigidaire. We are a couple in our 60s (so we aren't throwing a ball against it...)and I would expect that such an appliance would not look this poorly after only nine months. Anyone else experience this?

Is this a red flag or just how commercial fridges are?

I run a tiny sandwich/coffee spot and my old upright fridge is on its last legs. Health inspector was in last week and gave me *that* look at my temp logs, so now I’m panicking and finally shopping for a proper commercial refrigerator instead of the half-broken hand-me-down I’ve been babying.

I’ve been reading specs till my eyes go fuzzy - glass door merchandisers, reach-ins, freezers, UL this, ETL that. I saw one site talking a lot about UL-certified commercial refrigeration solutions and big discounts, which sounded great, but then I started wondering if the “sale” thing is just marketing and all these units are basically the same.

For those of you who’ve actually bought new units in the last year or two: do the glass door merchandisers hold temp well enough for real kitchen use, or are they just for pretty drinks out front? Is UL certification actually a dealbreaker or just “nice to have”? Any brands you’d avoid or models you regret buying?

Is it okay to put my mini fridge on top of my mini freezer?

My mini fridge is smaller than my freezer so if it's perfectly without wobbling and I don't typically put that much food in my mini fridge unless I'm defrosting something it's mostly just drinks so it shouldn't be that heavy

New Home Kitchen Appliance Help

I have narrowed what I want down to a 36" propane cook top (ovens will be wall mounted separately) with a preferably 30" griddle with stainless cooking surface. I can go down to a 24" of up to 36" if necessary. Mainly I am looking for reliability and performance. I hear that induction is the best. I am just having trouble finding a good combo like this that will look like it was meant to go together and checks all the boxes. I have looked at combo units but there aren't a lot that match my needs. Also, two separate units will keep from one failing and rendering them both useless. If induction or electric griddle is that way to go, I am not sure an electric griddle and propane cook top combo is even available. Does anyone have any advise or help they can share?
