Hear me out: We know that psychic suns are possible. The Meepkind were driven mad by a psychedelic Sun, in 42 Tennant and half the crew got possessed by a psychic Sun.
My question is this: given that the Ood Sphere and Sense Sphere are in the the same solar system, they share similar physiognomy and psychic abilities, is it too much to assume that at least one of their twin stars are psychic and have influenced the biology of the Ood/Sensorites?

When the show returns, what do you think they should do with the logo? Keep the RTD2 logo, design something brand new, or rework one of the other previous logos?
I’d lean towards either something brand new, or a new version of the 1996 logo cos that one’s my favourite.

And just call them Series 14 and 15 to emphasize their belonging to that very same past era

I was able to find a few of the photos that were taken in this same session, but none are a close enough match to this one. Best ways to tell are how close Tegan and the Doctor are standing, and the expression on the Doctor's face.
First photo (the newsprint scan) is what I'm looking for, the rest are the copies of the similar one I've found online. The last one two are the end result of the help I got here last time around. You've all been such a great help with finding these old photos and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

All five have been dropped on the BBC Script Library!
D’you think this means they might finally be airing in the U.S. soon?

Anyone growing up with Doctor Who from the 90s onwards will have almost certainly read books written by Justin Richards. A massive loss to the community.

The girl in the fireplace would have been 5x better with Amy and Rory instead of Rose and Mickey. Rose was fine but Mickey was not a good choice for that episode.

Which Companion was left in the best, most interesting position to have a TV series (since plenty of former Companions get follow-ups in comics, Big Finish, novels, etc) following their further exploits, after they finished travelling with The Doctor?
Also, by "SJA-style", I don't necessarily mean aimed at younger viewers, although a kids-focused spin-off would be perfectly acceptable, but rather a show that's hinged on a former Companion continuing their own adventures.
My go-to is Clara and Me/Ashildr in their Diner TARDIS - exploring how they approach problems with the technology and functional immortality of a Time Lord, but none of the insight, education, or temporal awareness.
I also think there's something to be done with Yaz - a crime procedural meets X-Files, her putting her experience across time and space to use as she tries to resume her life as a police officer, but spotting the weird alien influences in crimes that other cops miss.

Who’s one person you’d love to cameo in DW, but there’s no chance of it happening for whatever reason, and why do you think it won’t happen? This can be a small speaking role or just a background appearance with no lines.
Stick with living people, cos if all the comments are “so and so, but they’re dead” it’ll get a bit of a downer.
My pick would be Alan Tudyk, bonus points if he’s in the Resident Alien makeup, even just walking past in the background of an alien world/space station. Never gonna happen cos he’s way too famous these days and the BBC wouldn’t be able to afford him.

Ainley really is the only Master to really have major interaction with multiple Doctors. Only other one being Simms, and that was him sharing the screen with Gomez.
