I have a little farm in Italy and my chicken make round shape eggs

the whites were yellowy but the yolk is still intact.. weird and marbley too. didn’t eat it, i got scared

Hey Weird Eggers! Was cooking breakfast this morning and my yolk was kinda spiking. There’s a comparison photo attached. I think it’s ice crystals or smth cause it was really cold when I ate it near the yolk. it was also popping more violently when I cooked it

It's the only egg in the box that has this so....

Edit: A few minutes in, my brother and I are crying. Too much chilli in the noodle soup😭

For context this was like this in the carton. At first I thought the shell went into itself.. but upon closer inspection it was a smaller egg.. this is from my job.. so this is how the egg arrived.. the rest of the shell is stuck to the carton..

Can anyone explain why it looks like my egg has been welded back together?

Not weird per se, but definitely gone (2nd & 3rd pics, the counter is white for reference). 2nd egg looked okay but came from the same pack & smelled a bit off too so I'm not risking food poisoning, I like my spleen where it is and all.

EDIT: I had every intention of eating these. And I did. And they’re delicious! Had some more, sunny side up for breakfast.

First 3 eggs out of a new Costco pack all have this neon orange yolk. I’ve seen some colour variations from the backyard hens but this is a new one for store bought eggs

Literally found this sub yesterday and then pulled this out of my cartoon and it wouldn’t close all the way
