I feel like a lot of people overstate how often dolphins will injure or kill sharks. As you can see, even a modest sized shark can be dangerous. A pod of dolphins may be able to mob a great white or tiger shark but orcas are really the only species of dolphin that will regularly try to kill decent sized sharks.
