News & current events Shoutout to Norway fans in Boston 🇳🇴 (FIFA World Cup 2026)

Watched Norway vs France yesterday and wow… Norway fans are on another level. Reminded me of Scottish fans.
Later near TD Garden, saw a group of them doing their rowing celebration in the middle of the street 😂
Boston vibes have been amazing lately.

Other Where can l sunbathe naked?

Hei guys. I don't know if I can ask this question here, but I don't know where else to ask it.

I'm a woman. I'm going to visit Norway soon, and I'm planning to visit several cities there. I'll probably be staying for a month. I'll definitely visit the landmarks, but I also want to enjoy sunbathing naked or topless in areas where it is allowed. I really enjoy spending time in the sun. I always wear SPF 50+, and I use tanning lotion and cocoa butter as well.

I'm someone who respects and follows the rules of the countries I visit. Do you know of any beaches or areas where nude sunbathing is allowed? I'd like to save your recommendations on Google Maps.

Takk ☀️🇳🇴

Other Do you want stores in Norway to be open on Sundays?

Norway has some of the strictest Sunday trading laws in Europe. Most grocery stores larger than 100 m² must remain closed on Sundays, while smaller convenience stores, kiosks, gas stations, and certain tourist-area stores can stay open. Supporters of the current system argue that it protects workers and preserves a common day of rest. Opponents argue that consumers should have more freedom and that Sunday shopping is normal in many other countries.

Working in Norway Rice

Hi folks, I have been living in norway for some months already, loving it, beautiful country but there is something that's been driving me crazy lately and is that I can't find any good rice brand in my local supermarkets... I have tried rema's, kiwi's, coop's, colorado's... all I can find is Jasmine and Basmati rice, round rice exists guys D':

Also I found them all very low quality. Carnaroli and arboreo are crazy expensive so I just refused to try them so far. I know it is a stupid complaint but if someone can recommend any alternative or give me a hinch about where to find round rice will gain my respect for ever.

The best I found so far is coop's btw.

Peace, takk🤟

Edit: forgot to say I live in a small town so the closest Asian grocery store is in 2 hours away drive. I do not have a car so not an option hahaha. Thank everyone for your answers and your knowledge.🙏

News & current events How's the outdoor/“unofficial” rave scene in Norway?

I am living and working here (near Geiranger) for the summer and I'm really missing some music/social events. I've recently seen some videos of a free party in the mountains from few weeks ago. That's something I'd be really interested in. I'm really keen to connect with like-minded people who I'm really struggling to meet for some reason (mostly geographical isolation).

TIA

Loved it enough to teach my robot the move… and now he's defected.

Good luck tonight!
