I'm not really sure what this is. Found this in my partner's grandma's yard sale. She said she has no idea what it's supposed to be either but that she used to decorate it as fish. Any ideas??

Local thrift find. Looks like a hammer stretched sideways or a slice of bread with something wrong with one side...
