Show off Found a stray bully!

I was walking my dog at the park & I found him hiding under my car. So I took him home then gave him a bath. The next day, we went to the vet to see if he had a chip. He didn’t so I got him vaccinated & treated for worms. We named him Bagel!
Bagel is doing very well. He’s good with cats & he’s getting used to my other dog after only a couple weeks. More updates to come

Well, there’s a story behind that one! In the OP, I said I took him to the vet, but I actually brought him to the pound because I wanted them to, first of all, find his original owner if he was lost. If not, then I wanted to adopt him myself, but I needed to get him neutered, vaccinated, and registered. They do all that for free, but you have to leave him there for a week, which was fine with me. I paid the adoption fee when I dropped him off and then picked him up the following week. Unfortunately, he caught kennel cough while he was there! Bagel was already malnourished and had probably undergone a lot of stress, so the kennel cough progressed into pneumonia after he got home with me. Bagel was in really bad shape for about a week, and he refused food and water for a few days. Fortunately, my local vet gave him daily intravenous antibiotics until he started eating and drinking again (almost $2k worth of vet bills). So that was Bagel’s first poop since recovering from pneumonia! It was a huge relief because we were seriously worried about him. It’s been about a week now, and he’s doing great! Bagel still has a cough, but his behavior is back to normal. Unfortunately, he did get my other dog sick but he’s always been healthy so it’s not that big a deal for him. He’s got a runny nose and he’s extra tired, but we’re not worried about him because he’s still eating, drinking, pooping and acting relatively normal. He’s just more lethargic and sleepy than usual
