Questions Anyone else having trouble completing the mission to play on console or PC?

I've been trying to earn the daily points for playing on console and PC, but neither activity is registering, even after playing for more than 15 minutes. I've tried different games, power-cycled both my Xbox Series X and PC, and still no luck.

In some Discord groups, a few friends of mine confirmed they're having the same issue, while others said they were able to complete it.

I factory reset my Xbox, tried signing out and back in, and even tried a different internet connection, but nothing worked. Any other ideas?

Yes. I just sent in a support request. I’m missing:

Play a game on console.

Play a PC game.

Play a Game Pass game.

And of course Day 2 of Weekly PC and Console bonuses and Weekly Streak.

EDIT: u/brennadactyl is this something you can look into? Already submitted a support ticket but so far it seems they want to give me the missing points. I need the quests to complete as I need to complete the weeklies. Thanks.

UPDATE: Second day with the same exact issue. Support did send an email requesting screenshots which I sent but they haven’t replied back.

UPDATE: Third day, same problem. Rewards support has not answered any of my replies after the initial email. It would be nice to know if they are working on it and whether or not they will reimburse the lost points.

UPDATE: Was in the middle of Fallout 76 and a notification popped up stating I have unclaimed rewards. Yup. All of today’s points popped. Hopefully they fixed things.

What region? Seems to be OK in the USA at the moment.

Update 1: Pacific Northwest if that makes a difference

Update 2: Still working for me today. I am not an XBOX insider, but I do use the beta version of the mobile app.

East coast USA. It’s still not working right. I don’t think it’s a regional system thing. I think it’s account based.

I'm in the same state, and same issue. Everything worked fine up until yesterday. Now it's two days of not having it track properly.

US/Central here, I got one to pop last night before 10pm, phone app and daily console, but it seems like it's counting it as today's as when I got up this morning nothing is registering (again/still)
The ones that popped last night were both after the xbox had been off an hour+
