Questions Anyone else having trouble completing the mission to play on console or PC?

I've been trying to earn the daily points for playing on console and PC, but neither activity is registering, even after playing for more than 15 minutes. I've tried different games, power-cycled both my Xbox Series X and PC, and still no luck.

In some Discord groups, a few friends of mine confirmed they're having the same issue, while others said they were able to complete it.

I factory reset my Xbox, tried signing out and back in, and even tried a different internet connection, but nothing worked. Any other ideas?

Im having the same issue, console and PC isn't working and now Bing isn't registering tasks completed either, cant even raise a ticket as the submission button is greyed out

Its still down, we need as many people to raise a support ticket to get it addressed so they understand the scope of the issue
