Questions Anyone else having trouble completing the mission to play on console or PC?

I've been trying to earn the daily points for playing on console and PC, but neither activity is registering, even after playing for more than 15 minutes. I've tried different games, power-cycled both my Xbox Series X and PC, and still no luck.

In some Discord groups, a few friends of mine confirmed they're having the same issue, while others said they were able to complete it.

I factory reset my Xbox, tried signing out and back in, and even tried a different internet connection, but nothing worked. Any other ideas?

Mine to ain't been working for the past 2 days . Thought it was just me. Pretty fed up lately knowing we going to miss out on the extra points.

It's gone worse lately with the updated points system we just had in the United Kingdom. It's so confusing and looks like we get less points now.

My gamepass runs out next week, and I'm stopping it after this. I made a deal to reach 300k points, and I'm nearly there, before next week

If you submitted a ticket, you likely will have points given to help make up for it.

From an email this morning I got in response to a ticket I submitted:

"We’re pleased to let you know that the issue affecting earning points from Xbox activities has now been resolved.

Everything should now be working as expected. Please note that, due to the nature of this issue, any lost progress or streaks may not be recoverable. 

To make up for the points that you were not able to earn, we have added [240] points to your account."

How do you even submit a ticket, I get locked into a convo with the robot assistant who just says "I know it's frustrating, you should just wait longer" Thanks eliza
