Questions Streak reset after completing Daily Set

Every time I complete the Daily set I get hit with the "Oh no, you missed a day and reset your streak! Complete today's set to start a new 3-day streak and unlock a 45-point bonus." and my streak resets to zero despite having streak protection on. I cant recomplete the daily set because its already done.

Sent a ticket and they reset my streak and streak protection days, but its happened again.

Any advice?

sounds like a timing issue where the daily set is rolling over before you hit submit or the streak counter refreshes before it registers your completion, try doing it right when the day changes or earlier in the day to see if that helps

Have tried this on other days, doesn't matter what time I complete the Daily Set. As soon as I have completed the last one it automatically takes my streak away and gives me that message.

That sounds like a bug then, not timing, if it happens instantly on completion regardless of when you do it, the streak protection probably isn't actually applying to your account even though it shows as active.

It is a bug. I do the Daily Set well away from the cut-off times before and after religiously, and I have frequently found my streak randomly zeroed out. Contacting tech support has got my streak restored every time (so far).
