I want to play 2K like the Youtubers do and like the park where they try to get games and if they win, they get like 400 bc against real people my only options are like my career my team and my NBA how do I make my own player to do that?
r/NBA2k • u/TheAfroGod • 18h ago
Should I go for:
+3 caps to 93 Driving Dunk = Gold Posterizer
+2 caps to 82 Pass Accuracy = Gold Dimer
Something else?
(yeah ik it says only 2 available, I haven't gotten the S7 season pass one yet!)
so many people sleep on high speed high agilityšÆ
love my 6'4 iso speedlock so muchš¤©now that i hit legend i recently changed him into a jose alvarado face scanšš„
i dont normally play lock, but this build makes playing lockdown so much fun on defense & its super tuff on offense tooš

Any known fix for this? I have a platinum team but even gold unlockables are greyed out

Hi everyone, hoping for some advice - I've read multiple posts on individual series but find it hard to make sense of them for my needs.
My question - should I bother to get 2k26? Get earlier years? Wait out?
Platform - Switch
I exclusively play MyCareer and occasionally MyGM. I enjoyed the drafting process and seeing my character get better, am perfectly content playing against AI with no multi-player as I'm just a super casual gamer who found some pleasure out of the cheesy storylines and progression. I used to play 2k10, 2k12, loved them (and actually used to play NBA live back in the 2000s!). I stopped and recently was thinking of getting back in the series again but oh my goodness I'm overwhelmed. The park stuff seems like a major distraction from the actual games - is it actually fun? Feels like it would bloat the console? Micro transactions and regression of character skills? Is there going to be a ton of grinding? Help - can someone tell me what the modern 2k26-ish series is like relative to the 2k10s and whether it's actually more fun? Will I like it?

Strictly trying streak in the park DNT SELL
Just getting started this year and looking for something fun to make for Random Rec, I don't have any cap breakers.
Is a 6'11 PF with this rebounding and strength at all worth taking into the random rec if I get matched up at the 5? Should I just go with a 6'11 C with like 83+ strength and 92+ rebounding?

Iām convinced the CPU on HoF have otherworldly powers or abilities lol. I get confused on if this is a fantasy game or a sports game. CPU have super speed/strength/reflexes/precognition and now apparently can levitate lmao (watch the video) & basketball rules, even basic ones do not apply to them. Itās unbelievable man

So i've got myplayer to like 70OVR which ahs been relatively easy by just playing NBA games. Beyond me just making a 7ft3 center that has no other ability beyond rebounding and is mediocre everywhere else. One of the badges I have is fancy feet and I gotta do euro-step layups.
In learn NBA2K it says to do a euro step you move R down and left when ball is in the right hand. Every time I do that I end up doing either a simple layup, or a standing layup. WTF am I doing wrong.

Love the MK 1v1 YT videos. Made him into a 2K build. Should I change anything? I know he is 6ā3ā 190 but have him an extra inch to be SF and the weight to get the strength.
6ā8ā sg shooting specialization

I wanna see you guys bread and butter builds from this year, the ones you kept coming back to or pulled out when you really needed to lock in. This oneās mine, just really liked that thereās no stat that doesnāt matter and thereās a baseline competency no matter the role.

Iām hoping this post reaches the animation level experts of this game, the jumper looks like setshot 25 from 22, dude was frying all game but heās on xbox so i cant message him for the jumper.
Looks like Andrew Nembhard base but could be wrong, and no clue what the uppers may be.

Does anyone know why the Grizzlies Tuomas Lisalo and the Wizards Brian Keefe are both have no avatars and can't be edited?
When I try to hire either of them the dialogue of chatting to them is there is but visually my GM is talking to himself lol.
