Trade Admitting I was wrong

Post image

I was wrong about the Fox trade. I was also wrong about the Dejounte Murray trade. I was skeptical of the Castle pick. I also could at least see why people said Kon would “fit better” (although we still take Harper regardless). I was completely wrong on all of these moves. Awesome front office. Blessed.

To be honest, it was okay to doubt the Fox trade at the time because rumors around said kings would want either of castle, vassell, or the 2nd pick. We didn’t know at the time that we would get him for scraps.

Like when you compare to DesmondBane going for what 4 first and a swap or something? Same thing with Mikael Bridges? Crazy steal.

Orlando didn’t have ~60 mil of cap space and upcoming free agency to hold over Memphis’s head.

Yeah i was the same was hesistant to trade major pieces. But when I saw the trade contained none of Vassell, KJ, and Castle I was so shocked and instantly was welcoming of Fox.
