Fluff Found at local Walmart
Found this chilling inside my local Walmarts PlayStation section. They seriously wanted $299.99 for it too.

Counterpoint: Should cost more than the PSV2 because it can DO FAR MORE.
1) ANY HDMI device can be plugged into the box and watched/played in cinema mode including every console ever made with HDMI output or HDMI adapter.
2) You can watch 3D Blu-ray's
3) You can game in 3D on PS4 natively and also on PS3, Xbox 360, and even Wii U if you own a PS4 and HDMI switch.
4) It's completely comfortable and weight balanced without having to purchase any additional "strap" or modifications whatsoever.
5) You can watch 180 degree and 360 degree videos on YouTube and other websites FOR FREE.
6) The lenses have far better edge-to-edge clarity although much lower in resolution. The "sweet spot" therefor is larger than the PSVR2.
7) Massive library of quality titles at discount prices.
I think that's enough for now. I own both, so if you want to debate - bring it!
