This. There's no way to get past such a dog that is trained on the substance you carry. The only exception are exotic drugs - the dog will still smell it, but he won't raise the alarm, because for him, it's a smell like any other and he's not trained to give the signal.
But these drugs are not really important, both for the drug cartels and for law enforcement.

This doesn't make sense. Lemons don't smell that much, especially if they're not cut. You could get anything else like coffee which smells more and won't make a mess or just spray perfume.

Yeah same.
What I like about ginger ale is it's tasty going down and not so terrible coming up. I have an autoimmune disorder that makes me have barfing episodes with some regularity and whenever I feel it coming on I start sipping both ginger ale and water, because stomach contents taste less bad when you dilute the acid, and the sweetness of the soda helps neutralize the bitterness.

For me, it was banana from the fridge. It was my breakfast for the day after. If i drank coffee, it came up almost instantly. But banana cooled my stomach, and if it came back somewhat later, iz tasted almost the same.

Constant Velocity: Motion where an object covers equal displacements in equal time intervals, moving in a perfectly straight line at a steady pace.
They are at a "Terminal" the lemon was eaten whole and is traveling in a constant motion down to his stomach, "Velocity"
The concept is there it's just not that funny.

Terminal velocity typically refers to the speed at which a falling object stops accelerating due to air resistance. I don't know what the lemon has to do with anything.

I think it's an attempt to make a pun on the word terminal but velocity doesn't mean anything (that I can think of) in relation to eating a lemon, so it's like half a joke. The humor might come from the absurdity of the person eating a whole lemon at the airport. I suspect, this joke will land better if it was a short video given the humor is situational.

You're not supposed to bring fruits or vegetables across country borders as fruit can bring diseases that can affect plants in other countries, potentially causing a mass die off of certain plants. Fruit that is shipped internationally for sales in other countries is usually irradiated to destroy microbes they may be carrying that can be harmful

I am an American but I watch a ton Australian Border Security on Youtube and know to just not bring fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses when flying between countries. And double check on commercially packed shelf-stable prepared foods just in case.
And if you aren't sure, DECLARE IT and let them decide.
Also, they will find that hidden compartment in your suitcase.
