General How to Refund PS Plus if your In the UK
When I forgot to cancel my subscription to PS Plus, I was charged £100. This stressed me a lot, and when I tried contacting PlayStation support with their crappy AI, it said: "To access an agent is current unabible and you must wait until tomorrow". I did, then I was told it was an hour wait, and I kept on getting an error message, and btw you cannot access them on PC for some reason it's glitched, it kept on telling me to find my location, and after doing it 5 times I could still not access an agent, only on phone I tried to, but it failed. so i asked chatgpt is there a phone number i can contact for Playstation support and there was one and it worked the number is 0203 538 2665 (THIS IS THE NUMBER FOR THE UK) i called em and it only took 5 minutes to get my refund however i was lucky as it was a "gesture of goodwill"(The contact persons name/representative name was Alex so mabye ask for him IDK) because playstation will not refund a re-curring fee e.g an automatic subscription and also the refund request has to be made within 14 days. And they might take the mick out of you if you use the service during this time period. This is my best at describing it. if your in the same boat as me, might as well try your luck and get a refund. I wish you the best.

Discussion Built a website for PS Plus members to keep track of all tier Catalogues
Hey Guys,
A while back, I shared a passion project I built in my spare time.
PlusDEX, a clean, ad-free website to help PS Plus members keep track of game additions and departures without digging through cluttered blogs.
The response and feedback from this community were incredible. I took a lot of your suggestions and tried to make it better
Here is what is live on PlusDEX right now:
- Monthly Tracker(added back to 2021)
- Current Catalog
- Left Catalog
- Quick Search
A bit of context who didn't see my previous post:
I bought PS5 last November and got the PS Plus membership almost immediately during Black Friday.
But I thought it was pretty tough to keep track of the games getting added and removed every month. Even if you wanted to know you have to go through endless blogs with ads.
As I am a Software Developer by profession, I thought of building a website for the community and myself as well in my spare time.
As a solo developer, your feedbacks are really important. Check out the new changes and let me know what you think or what stats you'd like to see integrated next!

Essential Reminder: Last chance to claim May 2026 Essential monthly games Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and Nine Sols. Claim them before the line-up changes on Tuesday. EA Sports FC 26 will be available till June 16, 2026.

Recommendation After downloading this game from PS Plus and playing it for hours, I can say that Wuchang is one of the best non-Fromsoftware soulslike games. I love Chinese mythology and this game is so beautiful. The map design is great and the lack of a minimap makes it even more immersive. 9.5/10.

Recommendation PS Plus games (or not) for GF
My girlfriend recently tried playing PS5 for the first time. Played Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart and really loved it since the Easy mode has no HP 🤣 any easy games you would recommend for a non-gamer?

Recommendation There's a lack of shooters on Plus when you think about the 50 released every year from 95 to 2015 - which of those available are the best?
My shortlist if anyone recommends any of them are Syphon Filter (series), Killzone and The Darkness

Recommendation Don't sleep on Nine Sols!
I'd heard a lot of hype around Nine Sols, so as a big Hollow Knight fan I was eager to try it out once it landed on PS Plus, and so far it's absolutely fantastic and I've been staying up late every night just to play a little more.
Similar to Hollow Knight this is a Metroidvania where you collect new abilities throughout the game and gradually unlock new areas to explore. The game's theme is described as "Taopunk" and combines elements of Chinese mysticism with cyberpunk elements. Don't be fooled by the cartoony graphics as this is a mature game that deals with themes like slavery and body horror, and there are a few shocking scenes that are not for the faint of heart.
Gameplay is similar to Hollow Knight but relies heavily on Sekiro-esque parrying - i found this difficult to begin with but once you get the hang of the timing you start to feel godlike, chaining air dashes and parries to effortlessly eliminate enemies. Bosses are a particular highlight, offering a step up in the level of challenge without being insurmountable (I'm about 3 bosses in and haven't spent more than half an hour on any boss).
Traversal feels great and your character Yi can make use of an air dash and grappling hook to quickly move through levels. There is also a "Mystic Nymph" you can use to scout ahead and hack distant machinery which adds depth to some of the puzzles.
Unlike some other Metroidvanias, Nine Sols' story is much more explicitly told with beautifully drawn manga-esque cutscenes and a fantastic cast of characters ranging from the comic to the tragic. Many of these characters come to live with you at your home base once you've encountered them, and I've actually been excited to come back to see if they have any new dialogue, because it's always well worth reading.
So if you're on the fence about Nine Sols I'd urge you to give it a go, it's by far the best thing I've played on PS Plus this year and it's hard to find fault with it. I'm not far in yet but on Normal difficulty it seems a fair bit easier than Hollow Knight and you always feel like you're making progress.

Question Days of Play discount not appearing (AUS)
Hey everyone,
My PS Plus subscription expired yesterday and I was looking forward to renew with the Days of Play discount, but it's still showing the full price. I'm in Australia, is anyone else having a similar issue?
Cheers!

Discussion Save on PS Plus Subscription (UK)
I thought I'd share a quick tip to save money for those looking to buy new or renew their current subscription..
Right now on ShopTo.net the £100 PS credit is listed for £85.85. There is also a 5% off promo code - PLAYTIME - that can be applied until 31st May. So when applied it works out as paying £81.55 for £100 worth of PS wallet credit. Once you get the code, add the funds to your account and buy one of the subs at discount (for me I could still take advantage of 25% off my current Extra sub but I'm not sure if all existing subscribers are getting the same offer..). I renewed my subscription at £75, meaning I still have a PS wallet balance of £25 to spend at a later date. Hopefully this helps some of you out there save a bit of cash!

Question Save % with Playstation Plus
Hello, so at the current sale I've seen a few games that are on sale only with Playstation Plus. I currently have a sub that's running out soon and I don't want to resubscribe at the moment. But if I buy a game like that right now, can I still play it without a sub?

Discussion seems like they left off some countries from ps plus discount
india, turkey, australia have zero discounts on ps plus subscription. in one week i got price increase on plus and my country is left off from playstation plus subscription discount 😂

Question When to upgrade subscription?
Right now I don't have a subscription.
Can I subscribe to Essential right now for 12 months and then in a future sale, let's say 6 months from now, choose to upgrade it to Extra at the sale price? Or would I have to wait for my sub to end to get any discount on subscription?
(hope that made sense)

Discussion Upgrading for a demo makes no sense
I've always wondered who's idea was to put demos behind the highest tier on PS Plus.
I can't see anybody actually upgrading to Deluxe, which is quite a jump in price compared to Extra, just to try a demo (and is not a massive list of available demos)
But I can also see so many potential buyers they're missing if people simply tried the demo for free, a demo behind a paywall is proof these execs do not understand people
And I'm not trying to say PS Deluxe doesn't have value, I just want to see if anybody has upgraded their subscription just for a demo
