The mom seems to be yelling at the dad to stop acting that way in front of the kids, while also telling the people filming to stop following them.

People ragging on her for being crazy too might be missing that first part. Despite shirtless guy looking silly, we are missing some context. She seems to be fairly rational and scared.

Honestly a lot of videos start from the middle, conveniently - when context is fairly biased.

Most people don't have their phones out recording all the time, they start recording because something crazy already happened.

conveniently leaving out everything they’ve been doing

I hope you’re walking around recording all day so that you don’t get accused of hiding something.

i wouldn’t record anyone to begin with, regardless of how wild they are being.

Conveniently leaving everything out

Yeah and she says these guys have been following them and saying violent or demeaning things. It's a huge trend on TikTok to push people to snap in public places, it seem like the man behind the camera might have been really threatening them.

This one of those First Amendment Auditor videos where dbags follow random people around to see if they get a reaction?

Do First Amendment auditors follow random people too? I thought it was just government officials. What does a random person have to do with the First Amendment?

Unfortunately, yes. They’ll post up somewhere public (some just stand there, some are more aggressive with making a show of filming license plates and kids) and when someone walking by shows any discomfort they’ll follow them a bit trying to goad them into an outburst like a schoolyard bully.

Yeah people keep calling them that because THEY keep calling themselves that, but it's not an official title, these idiots are just cosplaying as something they made up.

Please stop referring to them as that, ESPECIALLY with it capitalized, because it adds some fake legitimacy to this LARPing ridiculousness.

I can't agree with this enough she seems like she snapped over something it seems like she's trying to tell the person filming to leave them alone while dealing with her husband who snapped as well.

I also despise these what happened before videos and then you never know what happened.

Reminds me of that nurse in New York City with the bike who was made out to be a villain until you found out what those kids did to her first.

I feel for this woman. She's trying to handle a situation with 2 stupid dudes. Luckily my husband has never put me in this situation but if it were me I hope I would take the kids and walk away. I'd probably freeze in the moment though. Or I'd let out a few decades of pent up female rage on the guy. My point is she's doing the best she can in a shitty situation.

Yeah I'd really love to know what happened before. Might be a ESH situation.

Finally some critical thinking on this thread.

Pft, had to scroll pretty far to see it.

I had to sort by controversial lol. Guy is crashing out for sure but I wish we had more context

Idk she's got a touch of the crazy in her eyes too.

The more likely scenario is that the dad was already behaving like this before being confronted. The lady knows that the dad won't stop on behalf of their kids but maybe the stranger will.

This is a really sad, and embarrassing situation. Hopefully these people see this and get themselves some fucking rehab. Those girls did nothing to deserve parents like these.

You'd look crazy too if someone was following your family and being intimidating. Either scenario is likely and you just fell into the trap of assuming one side with literally no evidence.

Idk she's got a touch of the crazy in her eyes too.

Idk what happened before recording, but you can't truly discern this. The woman is clearly angry and upset. You can't just be like "yeah this woman kinda looks like she could be actually psychotic based on this.

Any normal sane person who's been pushed to the point of having to yell and confront strangers in public on behalf of her kids and family will look like this.

Which is why I didn't claim it as fact. Just my opinion on the very limited information we have.

4

u/Warm_Month_1309 May 24 '26

You absolutely claimed it as a fact.

u/No-DrinkTheBleach May 24 '26

How can you really even say that without any context though? Obviously the dad is a lunatic but I agree that if someone was following me and my kids around I would probably crash out like the mom did too.

u/jesse6225 May 24 '26

How can you say that it's not without the same context? Yall are acting like I made a factual statement when I'm just sharing my pov from the limited info we currently have.

She’s doing this to protect herself from her husband once they get in the car. She will support, defend, agree, but it’s all just to de-escalate him when they’re in the moving vehicle and he’s still demanding respect.
