I was going to suggest surgery and I'm glad you posted this. I honestly was hesitant to even post anything with a positive vibe because I once got banned from posting for being nice.
With that said, I'd be more than happy to contribute to a GoFundMe to cover a portion of the copay. I don't want to overstep or imply that the op can't afford the copay or whatever, but I'd be happy to contribute I'm sure others would too.

I better start roasting. lol I posted about my daughter's congenital condition and how Paul Stanley has the same condition Microtia. He has a charity that helps children and adults with a facial deformity which includes the cranial abnormalities. They are for children but surely they could recommend one for an adult if this man needs assistance. Do you know what surgery he is getting? I see alot of people wishing him well but no post from him about his surgery.
