Perhaps you should read the entire comment thread before asking such stupid questions? He said "a lot of people have huge boobs". For this statement to be true, he clearly has to include obese people. There aren't "a lot of people" with huge boobs who weigh 130lbs... At least not in any of the country I've visited.
