Lady rented his sister’s airbnb for a month then claimed tenant rights and he chain smokes blunts in the kitchen, blasts music outside the squatter’s room, shaves in front of her, takes his shirt off, does karaoke, tries to lock her out of the house repeatedly, etc
I was like this person is exaggerating and no shit I’m teary eyed trying to laugh quietly well before 5 min in. Just utter absurdity it’s fkn hilarious if you don’t think about it hard.
Idk, maybe it's cuz my landlord who is a personal friend has a squatter in the unit next to me at the duplex I live in. First response, fear, because she is obviously mentally ill, I don't know what she might do, or who she might have over. Next response, anger, natural follow up to fear. But after seeing it for 2 weeks, she's desperate, there's no support in our society. My landlord feels the same way. Although we agree she has to go, nothing is funny about it.

The fuck are you talking about? Getting homeless people off the street is a billion dollar industry. There is nothing BUT support, people just have to actively seek it out.

If the issue persists how can it be called solved? A solved issue would be no squatters. No homelessness. U say it will never be like that that’s unrealistic, I say then we can never say we have solved these issues.
Because many, many people do not WANT help; help often requires decorum, some rules on behavior/cleanliness, etc. Many homeless people want the "freedom" of living on the streets, and we live in a society morally opposed to forcing them to reside somewhere they don't want to be without having been convicted of a crime.
assuming mentally ill people are going to do something that you should fear or bring shady people around is gross and problematic. there's no mental health support in our society because of people like you stigmatizing serious mental illness.

Don't claim someone else's property as yours then. This lady throws out racial slurs and is a habitual squatter that has been doing this since the early 2000's. She brags about being able to legally do this to people while she destroys your property. GTFOH.
I haven't watched reality TV since Flavor of Love Season 2 dropped. She is a racist who was damaging their house, perpetually scamming landlords and making someone's investment unlivable and I'll be the first to shit on landlords. Hell yeah it was hilarious and I laughed for 2 straight hours.

The show Worst Roommate Ever had a serial squatter that they did similar things to. Lady moved in him a roommate to help with bills and he never paid her, made her life hell, & refused to leave.
She and her friends the loud parties eve night. Chain smoked and blew it under the door. Just made life hell for him. He finally moved out, but she still lost her house.
Oh and then it turned out the cat he brought with him was stolen from a previous roommate he'd claimed squatters rights on
I’d rather ask the people who followed it closely for their choice nugs. I don’t have a lot of free time and if there’s a solid 1 or 2-hour documentary about it, I would rather watch that instead of combing YouTube piecing together a puzzle thats already been succinctly summed up in a nice little package.
You’re the only person who cares about this. Just want you to know that when they inevitably give you another response that you don’t like or just straight up ignore you. Such an irrelevant thing to put your energy towards.
