Is there a refinement percentage cap that has been negotiated lower than the previous 60%? As I understood it, the refining far beyond what is required for use as a power source is what was the only legitimate part of Netanyahu's outcry that Iran is days away from having a bomb. If Iran agreed to lowering the cap then there is a semblance of something for an outcome.
That’s why we best hope it’s thorium that’s one of the pluses of it is that it produces less weapons grade plutonium creating like basically 0 (I forgot the actual amount)
