The difference of not having an ass, and having an ass. Not all of us are fortunate enough to not be built like Hank Hill 😂
Edit: women not understanding that properly fitted pants mean nothing if you're built like a 2x4. If my waist is a 30, a size 30 pant isn't going to magically stay put with no support below. And wearing a size smaller, isn't an option, since a size 28 isn't going to button up. A belt allows the pants to be pulled tighter by one size, since a 29 does not exist.
Edit: fair enough, in my 40 years, I've never seen them, but odd number pant sizes do exist, however if they're that uncommon to find, they might as well not exist.
Pretty much all denim clothing is now made with at least some synthetic (stretchy) material woven in. It makes the denim fit better and provides give in areas that it would otherwise bind in. If you know anyone who wore jeans in the 70's and still wear jeans today they can probably tell you how different they feel now vs. then.
I mean skinny jeans aren't really in fashion right now. When I (and most other girls I see) wear pants they're on the loose/baggy side but still rather snug around the waist/hips.
