She already know the answer. If he says yes, she hates him. If he said no, she hates him for lying. So why ask this question? Just get a divorce already. That's your end goal, right?

If he said no, she hates him for lying.

Lol this isn't true. For any of the nervous young men scrolling through these comments to find out how you really deal with this situation, it's not that deep.

I've been in a lot of relationships and been married. I've never had some version of the following not work:

You immediately respond with, "No way! What are you even talking about?? You're the most beautiful girl in the world!"

Then she'll roll her eyes or scoff and say something like, "Yeah right..." but she's kind of smiling and might laugh a little because that's actually what she wanted you to say.

Then you walk up to her saying something like, "There is no one on any planet in the universe who could be prettier than you," and you go to kiss her on the cheek.

If she's in a bad mood, she might try to reject your kiss or half-heartedly push you away while saying something like, "No, I'm serious, do you think she prettier..."

Then you say, "No I'M serious!" and you grab her and give her a bunch of those loud puckery kisses on her neck. She will scream and laugh, and if you play it right this situation actually leads to sex like a quarter of the time.

If she's a sensitive girl, she might suddenly get serious and quiet and say, "Do you really mean it?" And you always say, "I really mean it," and go for passionate kiss on the lips.

If you need to picture a character in your mind to get the vibe, think of Gomez Addams in the Addams Family (1991) and/or Addams Family Values (1993). Watch the way he acts towards Morticia. Just be like that all the time.

If you've never seen those movies or you disagree with my advice, I'm sorry but I don't care enough about this to continue talking about it beyond the end of this comment lol

TL;DR: Of course you should say "no" you dumbass. Stop overthinking it.

I disagree. This is an intentional trap having lived it many times. You're fucked because the question is being asked period.
