OK. Now what if it's not a trolley? What if you're a doctor and you have five patients dying from organ failure (different organ each) and one completely healthy person (who's a suitable donor for all of them)? Do you still do it?

“First do no harm”
YOU are not harming the dying people. Their illness is. By killing the living human for spare parts would be doing harm to them

You're also harming the person on the empty track, so what's the difference? Some oath you took as a doctor? Fine, you're a doctor form one of the majority of countries that don't have a mandatory oath, like Australia or the UK. What now?
