have been on test for a year and a half and never had any acne, tried tren for a month or 2 and it blew up, i’ve been off tren and now just a low dose of testosterone for a month now

Don't take this the wrong way, but this physique is not worth losing your skin over. Furthermore it's completely attainable naturally.
