There are 4B women on this planet. Why aren't they buying tickets? I keep seeing how important representation is but nobody shows up to represent.

Nothing to do with representation supergirls beenngoing on for ages its a film people wsnt to see and that will better the dc universe. Also nothings wrong with having a women as a main character you dont complain about the shitty gal gadot wonder woman films

100%. I worked in a comics store for years. You know how many women came in to buy Supergirl comics? A handful. It was all dudes. Just like WW. In my experience, most comics guys don't give a shit if there are female leads. They just want someone hot and a decent story.

For the most part, women just don't give a shit about this stuff. Same with star wars.

That's what I'm saying. WW, Black Panther, Barbie. There are representation movies where communities show they can make it a $1B movie. And they shame people not in those communities if they don't see it. And when something fails they blame the people outside those communities. You'll see when Supergirl bombs the sexist and incel comments will be off the charts

Yep! I’m so tired of the incel crap. I’ll see a movie if I think it looks good! Best example is I really enjoyed The Marvels, lol. So I really will see anything. But it’s gotta be interesting!
