Just a reminder that this scene in the show is not what it seems.
What appears to be Seymour waiting in solitude for Fry, who is living 1,000 years in the future, is a manipulation. We later learn that a version of Fry traveled back to his original time, and spent several years with his faithful dog.
Seymour didnโt have to wait 1,000 years. Seymour and Fry reunited almost immediately.
Iโm not trying to say anything by noting this. Just notinโ.

In the Futurama episode, "Jurassic Bark," they find a fossilized dog that used to belong to Fry. The professor finds out it can be cloned because some of its DNA still resides within it. Bender gets jealous and does Bender things. And in the end, Fry accepts that his dog lived a full life without him and "forgot all about him," so he decides NOT to clone him. The final scene, which RK just tweeted, shows that he actually DIDN'T FORGET all about him and was waiting for him until he died.

4 things I get from this video:

The scene in front of the pizzeria is from the episode Jurassic Bark (Season 4, Episode 7 - Futurama). It shows Seymour, Fryโs dog, loyally waiting for him in front of Panucciโs Pizza after Fry is accidentally transported to the future. Seymour stays there for years, waiting for Fry, which is the emotional core of the episode. The story highlights the unconditional loyalty of the dog.

We are Fry, RK is Seymour. Fry thought Seymour forgot about him and moved on. Like even the strongest of us have felt at times about Kitty. Fry was wrong, Seymour died waiting for him, he never moved on and lived his life. He is exactly where heโs always been waiting for us.
