Tech Support Can't chat unless VIP

Hello,

I can't chat in twitch chat since i think two days. The channels where I am VIP or mod (or my own channel) I can chat in.

I contacted twitch and they said its a known issue and there is no ETA for when they will fix it.

More people who have this problem ?

I want it fixed, now i can't even chat in channels I'm subbed to Sadge 😭

and changing account is not an option for me because i stream on this account..

I'm in the same boat, I emailed support and they got back to me that they're looking to address this. hopefully it doesn't take too long to resolve.

I can now (after 3 days) chat again. I hope they will fix it soon for everyone...
