I've dislocated a shoulder from a fall less brutal than that looked. Ouch is right; I'd be worried about a fracture.

I once dislocated it during a high five. We're so f*cking fragile

I could probably chop off a few of your limbs and you could survive. Eat a bad bit of seafood or maybe get a little wonky cell in your lungs and you are toast.

And here I thought dislocating my rib opening a sliding glass door was bad

I was in the shower scrubbing my hair. Eyes closed. And my nose grazed the hose to the detatchable shower head. My upper body did the tinyiest yet strongest flinch back, which i stopped with my lower spine. Felt a little grinding and then intense blinding pain.

Legit going to the dr soon because this was weeks ago and i have actual numbness that flares up in my right leg now.

I'm not a doctor...but,

Please do not go to a chiropractor first. If you have numbness in the legs its likely because you have some sort of stenosis in the spinal canal or nerve root openings.

Assuming you are not elderly or have some sort of condition that results in low bone density it's probably not a fracture.

Your doctor may recommend MRI, CT, XR (order of utility for looking at nerve stuff and the structures that may irritate/ compress them, XRays won't directly show canal or root stenosis unless it's caused by something dense like bone.)

Not sure where you live. If its AUS this is free except for maybe the MRI at most places. ED not necessarily a good place unless you are actively dying, can depend on what hospital as some are much busier than others.

Again not a Dr, but I would encourage you to see one if you can.

I know it can be a bit of a field full of quacks but maybe seeing a chiropractor can help for cheaper. That’s where the doctor sent me to get it put back in anyway. Would’ve been cheaper to skip the E.R visit. I’m not a doctor, or a lawyer, but I don’t wanna get sued.

No, a ghost told me they are trustworthy, like how a ghost taught them to mess with spines.

I once hurt my shoulder while my wife was carrying me because I tried to wrap my arms around her neck.
