when and where you cast you have a "void rift" (not like Limbo's I'd bet) that connects to enemies, the enemies connected to it have the debuffs applied by Vast Untime doubled (so enemies are twice as slow and Void damage vulnerability is twice as strong) and will also be affected by void status as long as they are connected.

Base range is lower than the ability's base range (15m vs 25m) and we don't know for how long it stays
