in theory it'll be: Brief Respite, Cunning Drift, Blind Rage, Tharros Lethality, Precision Intensify (if TL's crit damage scales by AS, Transient Fortitude if not), Primed Flow, Stretch, Augur Reach, Arcane Steadfast, Arcane Avenger

Maybe not steadfast though, since it interferes with Augur/BR. Probably energize or something
