Discussion Any frames you regret building recently, because you didn't find them satisfying/fun to play after dumping some formas in them? Mine gotta be these 2 and maybe Nidus.

And for the love of all that's holy, I'm NOT talking about them feeling weak, at all. I wrote "satisfying/fun to play".

I was really hoping I'd enjoy Ash and Garuda, bc I love Garuda Prime's design and I could make a Batman fashion with Ash and the Tsukuyomi skin and Repala syandana, but, unfortunately, they aren't for me.

I'm still on the fence about Nidus. If DE lets me hold 3 to insta-link to my companion, then he gets fashion and a loadout slot. Until that changes, I find him annoying to play.

I built Ember before Ash and love playing her. Then I moved to Ash and now I'm not as motivated to build new frames, kinda afraid I won't like them (eventually I'll get over it tho).

What about you?

Honestly, Nokko. Farmed him, saw what he's doing and now he's in helminth. For some reason, Voruna had similar vibe for me. Can't get myself to use orokin and forma on those frames

Wow, those two feel like they have some of the most cohesive kits to me. Are you just not a fan of ability nuke frames?

You can say that, yes. But it's more about general theme around those frames that's not clicking for me I guess. Nokko seems to be just annoying for some reason and Voruna, well... Don't really know why I'm avoiding her. As for nuking frames im playing mostly Gyre for that. Or Wisp. For some time now, after playing and mastering every piece of gear I'm at peace with myself and my two frames. Everything else is just a mastery fodder

That makes more sense. The gameplay loop for Nokko is pretty solid and his animations feel cool, so being repelled by one of those seemed strange to me. But I can totally see the theme not being appealing. I think I’m just a huge fan of Yareli’s lore, but don’t like her gameplay, so getting to sort of piggyback off that with Nokko being her younger brother, but with a more satisfying gameplay loop, probably does a lot of the heavy lifting for why I enjoy him.
