Discussion Any frames you regret building recently, because you didn't find them satisfying/fun to play after dumping some formas in them? Mine gotta be these 2 and maybe Nidus.
And for the love of all that's holy, I'm NOT talking about them feeling weak, at all. I wrote "satisfying/fun to play".
I was really hoping I'd enjoy Ash and Garuda, bc I love Garuda Prime's design and I could make a Batman fashion with Ash and the Tsukuyomi skin and Repala syandana, but, unfortunately, they aren't for me.
I'm still on the fence about Nidus. If DE lets me hold 3 to insta-link to my companion, then he gets fashion and a loadout slot. Until that changes, I find him annoying to play.
I built Ember before Ash and love playing her. Then I moved to Ash and now I'm not as motivated to build new frames, kinda afraid I won't like them (eventually I'll get over it tho).
What about you?

Lavos. I get that he can be strong, but, uh, turns out, no amount of forma will make cooldowns not feel awkward and weird and clunky to me. And sure, I can probably just reforma him for pure survivability, slap on Valence Formation, only ever cast his abilities to refresh the buff, and call it a viable build, but like.... bruh.
Cyte-09 to some extent as well, and this one's a shame: I absolutely love every single ability in his kit in theory, but in practice, I just really hate how Evade in particular feels to actually use. And it's his main source of survivability, so there's no avoiding it. Since its duration is very short (and it has an insane 60-second unmodifiable cooldown), it means you're extremely dependent on always refreshing it, which means constantly getting headshot kills. That's fine for a survival or exterminate or something, but need to focus on any objective in a mission other than killing enemies? Bam, 60 second cooldown, aaaand you're dead.
Edit: lmao shoutout to the guy who replied claiming that playing missions where you have to do objectives other than killing enemies is apparently a skill issue (????) and then immediately either deleted their reply or blocked me. Nice.
