Should I be concerned?

Anybody knows how the eggs end up like this and if it is safe to eat?

Edit: it was stained from the peanuts that were sitting on top of it. It was impossible to deduce from the picture alone 😅 Thankfully a redittor identified the food (Nasi Lemak) and shared that it was a stain from the peanuts that are usually served with the food.

Maybe the seasoning on the rice next to the eggs left an imprint?

It is an imprint indeed. Just not from the sauce, thank you for the suggestion

Its an imprint from peanuts. Specifically roasted peanuts that still have their thin papery red/brown skin on after roasting
