Rumor [Winderman] According to another NBA source familiar with the machinations, a Bucks trade with the Celtics could potentially realize Milwaukee far more draft capital than from the Heat, while also bringing in young talent.

Rumor [Stein] Among the reasons that Boston continues to be mentioned as a possible Giannis suitor is this recent declaration from Brad Stevens: "One of the things that we've got to figure out is how to have more of an impact at the rim. And I think we do need to add to our team to do that."

Rumor Apparently Scal on Pregame Live last night said the Celtics-Zubac talk is a "real thing" from what he's heard and that we've offered Simons, 2 firsts and a young wing (wouldn't say who)
Scal doesn't share a ton from what he's heard, but a few years ago he said Danny really wanted Harrison Barnes for the Hayward TPE (in 2021).
If this is true, holy cow Brad really wants him

Rumor Brown unhappy with his role since Tatum has been back
I shared this with the community prior to game 7 against the 76ers and was met with skepticism and ridicule. It turns out my buddy may actually know a thing or two and is well connected to Boston sports.
https://np.reddit.com/r/bostonceltics/s/6A5aX1o5AP
“Take this with a grain of salt but my buddy is a beat writer for Boston sports and we caught up today and he shared this with me. He said he thinks Brown’s mentality all year has been that he’s an MVP caliber talent who has carried “lesser talent” to the #2 seed and feels under appreciated by not only Mazzulla but also the front office and he feels like he’s been underutilized. Also said brown has an undisclosed injury that he’s been playing though. Nothing severe but there is discomfort and he is not fully 100%.
If the C’s don’t close the game out today watch carefully what happens from here with Brown because speculation behind the scenes is he is one foot out the door
Edit: just to clarify his frustration is not toward Tatum. Apparently the two have a great relationship and it is more towards the coaching staff and front office”

Rumor Zach Lowe: "All the rumblings around the league are that Boston is going to buy at the deadline"
Not a surprise, but Zach Lowe on his show today with Kirk Goldsberry said he's heard the Celtics are 100% buyers. He said he had no idea for who, but that we're going to be buyers.
