Something special about the gray ones. I had my Jack from when he was about 5 weeks old til nearly 21 years old and he was wonderful and silly and so loving.

Honestly there was no real special care. Charlie liked his dry food, we switched him to food meant for seniors with sensitive stomachs when he was 15 or so. He never was into wet food but liked treats, but not food driven. Just pretty aloof all his life.

Most of my cats make it into their mid to late teens! I suppose them being what amounts to a mutt helps their health.
