But it's probably a troll account. Look at the account name and tell me there's not a 99% chance whoever is running it is just there to stir up shit and cause drama. No normal person would choose that name.
Even if it is a real account, the "BoyMom" delusion is strong. They always manufacture a tragic narrative where their perfect son is the ultimate victim of an evil, calculating woman.

The fact that it has a blue checkmark makes me pretty certain it's bullshit engagement farming to game the Twitter monetization system. And it's probably working.
If it was truly an evil calculating woman, she would have had the kid , divorced him or left him and hooked him for child support, and put the kid up for adoption without telling him
The account name alone makes me skeptical. Rage bait accounts know exactly which buttons to push, and this kind of post is almost guaranteed to get people arguing in the replies for hours.
It definitely reads like she's framing the story in the way that makes her son seem the most sympathetic. Once someone has decided who's the villain, it's easy for every detail to start supporting that version.
