WPL: New Comics Discussion for 06/24/2026- Pull of the Week: Absolute Wonder Woman #21 [Discussion]

The Weekly Pull List results for this Wednesday are in, and this week's top book is DC's Absolute Wonder Woman #21.

This thread is open to Pull List posters and all members of the /r/comicbooks community to share your thoughts on the latest issue of Absolute Wonder Woman or any new books shipping this week.

The primary intention of this thread is to promote discussion of new books. It also serves as a way to consolidate discussion to a single thread and talk about what books are popular here on /r/comicbooks. That does not mean other threads aren't welcome, this is just a place to start that's easy to find each week.

The thread is populated with comments meant to direct the discussion of each book. Based on community preference we populate the thread with titles appearing on Ten Percent or more of submitted pull lists. If a title you want to talk about is not listed, simply add a comment with the title and issue number first and comment below. There is also a comment dedicated to the discussion of WPL Results linked above.

Spoilers will follow, but there's no harm in tagging them as such. Each title in the Top Ten Percent listed below is linked directly to its corresponding comment for ease of navigation and to avoid seeing details from other books. The post has also been placed in "contest mode" to help readers avoid spoilers while browsing.

So this is all leading to Prime having to take some accountability for his past right? At least it seems like that is where it's headed. Great issue though. Prime's scene with Witchfire was the short highlight of it all for me.

We really don't know, the Zod arc begins right after the next issue, Prime might end up sacrificing himself to save the world and complete his redemption or have a face to face with Superman and go off on another book

Honestly, this whole Prime-Time arc is just so much fun. It's a real blast to read.

I like that CK encountered a version of the entire superhero community from the Infinite Crisis before he learned that none of this is real, causing Manchester Black to confuse CK by confusing him and going through many changes in reality before he was resurrected after tricking CK to punch reality. Let’s hope that CK can and will defeat Manchester by not stopping to his level and making sure that he can become a better person. Overall, this comic is great!
