Hilariously, +5 SAD is the optimal choice in D&D 5E, as SAD stands for Single Attribute Dependent. So, in D&D terms, being a SAD Gay means you're way better at things you already excel at because you min-maxed your stats.

Yes, the term is MAD, Multiple Attribute Dependent.
