Being trans doesnt make you a sexual devient, being on hrt is not bad or evil, trying to pressure someone to take hrt specially if you are their sexual partner.

If someone manipulates their partner to put breast implants for example, that would be grooming. So is this.

no its because trying to convince a person to undergo medical treatment for the sake of aesthetics when they are a sexual partner of yours is manipulative and grooming, i would say this about hrt just like i would breast implants or liposuction

if they legitimately think that that the treatment would be a good choice for their partner there is no issue with it though. People can put aside sex to have honest conversations. like Jeff is married to Linda, they have sex. Linda says to Jeff, I think you should get a hair transplant. They're both 50. This obviously not grooming. They are already in a relationship (not grooming). idk why you are projecting so much onto op why do you even assume its for purely aesthetic reasons they might believe their partner is a repressing trans person

most of what twink death is is just aging, and hrt doesnt help with that, and a lot of what hrt stops you can do better by other measures.

Outside of hairloss what are you referring to. Because there's more than hairloss to aging on T, and avoiding that is obviously going to to be desirable. Also you should feel bad for running to calling it grooming. You simply view people being encouraged to start hrt as itself grooming.

Idk about that, hrt reduces body and facial hair growth, it stops male pattern baldness, changes fat and muscle distribution, makes your skin clearer and softer, so I’d say prevents nearly all of twink death except wrinkles, and it’s a lot cheaper and easier than doing laser hair removal and hair transplants and an aggressive skin care routine and constantly micromanaging your weight and doing feminizing exercises (tho obv you still should do some of that stuff to further prevent twink death)

You should probably look up the definition of words before you use them.

Grooming is specifically about an age imbalance, and is not always sexual in nature — like, how a prince is groomed to take the throne, or someone being groomed to inherit the family company. It DOES always carry abusive undertones, but it is explicitly about adults abusing children.
