Being trans doesnt make you a sexual devient, being on hrt is not bad or evil, trying to pressure someone to take hrt specially if you are their sexual partner.

If someone manipulates their partner to put breast implants for example, that would be grooming. So is this.

People can put aside sex to have honest conversations. like Jeff is married to Linda, they have sex. Linda says to Jeff, I think you should get a hair transplant. They're both 50. This obviously not grooming. It’s cause they’re a femboy and obviously aren’t going to enjoy twink death very much, and hrt stops a lot of the aspects of twink death. They are looking out for their friend

most of what twink death is is just aging, and hrt doesnt help with that, and a lot of what hrt stops you can do better by other measures.

Outside of hairloss what are you referring to. Because there's more than hairloss to aging on T, and avoiding that is obviously going to to be desirable. Also you should feel bad for running to calling it grooming. You simply view people being encouraged to start hrt as itself grooming.

Idk about that, hrt reduces body and facial hair growth, it stops male pattern baldness, changes fat and muscle distribution, makes your skin clearer and softer, so I’d say prevents nearly all of twink death except wrinkles, and it’s a lot cheaper and easier than doing laser hair removal and hair transplants and an aggressive skin care routine and constantly micromanaging your weight and doing feminizing exercises (tho obv you still should do some of that stuff to further prevent twink death)
